Прошла встреча в МКСИ с застройщиком, инвестором, префектурой, ДРНТ и дольщиками.
1. Договор на 3 объекта заключен. Передан в мкси и в след. Комитет
2. К 1 кв 2018 должен быть детализированный план работ.
3. Со след. недели обещали увеличить рабочих.
4. Готовятся вывесить камеры
5. Банкротство: Оглоблин будет решать этот вопрос. Не допустит.
6. Арест : не снят. Оглоблин собирается подавать в суд на фссп. Павел Тё заверил что арест не мешает строить.
7. Разрещение на строительство к апрелю 2018г.
На следующей неделе Капитал Групп обещает увеличить работников на стройке и потихоньку наращивать выполнение работ.
Более подробный график будет в феврале месяце.
На данный момент идёт дефектовка и проведение тендеров на работы.
Обьяснить почему нельзя начать строительство всех корпусов одновременно так инвестор и не смог.
Оглоблин не смог снять арест и готов идти в суд на ФССП.
21.11.2017 планируется совещание у Ресина с теми же участниками,но в более расширенном формате.
На строительный участок будет осуществляться допуск дольщиков по предварительной договорённости,но не более 2 человек.
